The pricing for Onsite Property Manager™ is very straightforward with no hidden fees or charges. It is based upon total Rental Units per Company which can have as many Properties and Units as desired. For each Company in the system, the pricing is listed below:| Total Units | Monthly Rate | |

| Over 300 | Add .22 for each unit over 300 or call for a quote | |
These prices include all necessary phone and email support, software upgrades, access to your data from any computer, location, or designated user. There are no extra fees for additional users or computers.
As this is an enterprise business application all data is your property, is kept in a secure data center, and is backed up daily. OnsitePropertyManager.com does not share, sell, or allow any access to your data to anyone other than those users you have designated.
